corrupt and money making business who dont give a sht about customers
Shortcut labs have made UK and non EU countries pay additional charges because they chose FedEx carriers instead of DHL or other carriers that dont charge them fees but its okay to charge us this additional cost to receive the twist product.
On top of all that we pay the common tax and shipping fees for the product to arrive in the country. And lastly, their website shows that the twist is much cheaper than what early backers paid on kickstarter?? This breaks all of kickstarters rules, terms and conditions, oh and they dont respond to concerned backers only those who are constructive in their questions rather than replying to frightened and frustrated backers. Updates are also not happening it seems and if you look at the comments section youll start to understand the huge issues shortcut labs are struggling with and thats no ones fault but their own
And another small concern of mine but still deeply distressing for me is what Amir promised to reward me on the update 15 due to my commitment within the community.
Since then Ive been told from shortcut labs no special offering to backers is permitted and Ive still not had a reply from Amir himself. Screenshots are added.

None supply of agreement
Hi I have emailed a few times and keep getting fobbed off with a generic email answer. I am a backer of see air and you removed £241.00 out of my bank account as agreed.
The delivery was supposed to be September 2023 . I have not received a tank less dive pump or communication from seeair . I also have never been able to log on to the creators product page from day one .
Can you advise if anyone has received there agreed product from seeair .I would really like some answers on this and kindly ask you give this some attention .Also there is not one video on YouTube oc anyone using one other that the cleverly constructed add for investment in the product. Kickstarter is full aware of whats gone on an yet the add is still running .kickstarter is juat as libel as Seeair.
